Planning submitted for Albert Island 13.01.20

Planning has been submitted for Albert Island, our project for London + Regional Properties in partnership with the GLA. The complete redevelopment of the docklands site, in the London Borough of Newham, will create a well-connected, sustainable employment hub with a mix of uses. The Masterplan includes an innovative multi-storey industrial development and the creation of a marine hub with a new modern boatyard to serve the Thames, and a regenerated marina. The planning decision is expected in the summer.
