Work has commenced on site for the Phase One, Pembroke College Mill Lane development in Cambridge. This phase will see the redevelopment of a number of existing buildings, providing new teaching facilities for Pembroke College, as well as a new café and social spaces. The existing United Reform Church will be transformed into a performance and lecture space for both Pembroke College and the University of Cambridge, supported by a new build foyer, gatehouse and gallery and courtyard garden. Work is due to complete towards the end of 2022, ahead of the start of Phase Two.
