Our innovative, stacked industrial development for Be First in Barking and Dagenham has just been submitted for Planning. 'Industria' will deliver around 10,000sqm of light industrial and maker space across 45 units and three stacked vehicle decks, accessed by a van ramp. Located in the Thames Road area, the project represents an exciting new industrial typology for the UK that has the potential to be of national significance in this field. The application will be considered by the council in February 2021 with proposed start date later in the year.
