Our team, made up of Haworth Tompkins and Kjellander Sjoberg with Periscope, Arup, Michael Pawlyn, Connect and Grounded_Practice, is moving to the next stage of the international competition organised by Colander for Clarion Housing Groups's development arm, Latimer. The Tendring and Colchester Borders Garden Community will deliver 9,000 homes over the next 20 years as well as employment space, a new country park, university buildings, a rapid transport system and retail, leisure and community facilities. The winning team will be announced early next year.
