Our proposal for a new Families & Homes Hub, for the London Borough of Waltham Forest, has received planning permission. The design at Wood Street provides a small cafe at ground floor, a Families & Homes hub over ground and first floor, alongside 67 homes for local people, half of which are allocated as affordable.
