Battersea Arts Centre has won the Wandsworth Design Awards Mayor's Prize for its "exemplary and scholarly restoration". BAC was also awarded a Restoration and Conversion award by the panel of judges. The awards are given for high-quality design and give public recognition for building projects in Wandsworth that make both a positive contribution to the borough, and set an example to architects to improve the quality of the built environment.
