Aylesbury Estate Regeneration 16.08.21

We are working on the Aylesbury Regeneration with lead architects and masterplanners Maccreanor Lavington. The entire site, in Walworth, south London, is being regenerated over a 30 year programme, providing 3500 new homes in all, of which over 50% will be affordable and prioritised for existing and former Aylesbury Estate residents. Our appointment, through the Notting Hill Genesis Framework, is to design a section of Phase 2B; over 200 of these homes, which will be placed alongside a new neighbourhood park, with play areas, landscaping, and spaces for community use. The planning application is being submitted early next year, with construction starting in 2023.
