Double shortlisting at the 2026 BD Architect of the Year Awards 07.07.26

Haworth Tompkins has been shortlisted in two categories at this year's Building Design Architect of the Year Awards. The awards recognise architects for their commitment to providing a high-quality work environment and a consistent body of work rather than one-off projects. We're in the running for two categories; Housing and Public Buildings for projects including Central Middlesex Hospital, Wembley North East Lands, Greenhill Centre, Wood Street Families & Homes Hub, Backstage at The Old Vic, Theatr Clwyd and The Court Theatre, New Zealand.

The latest shortlisting follows last year's triple award success at the Building Design Architect of the Year Awards, where Haworth Tompkins won the Gold Award, Best Architect Employer of the Year and Higher Education Architect of the Year. Read more about the shortlist here.
