Haworth Tompkins have been selected by the London Borough of Waltham Forest to design a new Families & Homes Hub on the former Wood Street Library site. As well as bringing together facilities currently dispersed across the borough, the hub will have 65 residential units, with a target of 50% affordable homes for those in the area. Planning will be submitted in January 2021, with completion targeted for Spring 2023.
