Haworth Tompkins has won planning consent for 158 new homes for Network Homes within the Old Oak and Park Royal development in north-west London. The residential units are arranged in an ensemble of four buildings and will be 100% affordable with a communal central courtyard. Flexible mixed-use space will be housed within the Old Refectory, a 1908 remnant of the original workhouse.
