Our inaugural trustees will be Associate Director Lucy Picardo, who chairs our Employee Forum, Haworth Tompkins Directors Toby Johnson and Chris Fellner, and two independent Trustees: Colander Director Caroline Cole; and Robert Postlethwaite, who specialises in Employee Ownership law. The guiding principles of the Trust can be found here. This change will not affect the day-to-day management and operation of the company which will continue to be led by the current directors.
