Dora joined Haworth Tompkins in 2023 as Head of Human Resources and is responsible for multiple HR areas, including talent management, training and development, wellbeing as well as contributing to continuous employee motivation and personal and professional development. In addition to these responsibilities, she also heads up the practice's social value initiatives, helping to shape and deliver strategies that create a positive impact both within the practice and in the wider community.
Prior to joining the practice, Dora worked in a variety of roles across the built environment and creative industries, and brings expertise that includes implementing welfare initiatives, promoting a culture of open communication, advising on best HR practice and supporting the practice's people strategy. She holds an MA in Music and a CIPD Associate Level qualification; in addition, she is a certified Mental Health First Aider and volunteers via the CIPD Trust coaching and mentoring jobseekers and returners.
