George joined Haworth Tompkins as a Part 1 in 2016 before rejoining as a Part 2 in 2024. He has been involved in several large scale industrial and residential masterplans as well as working on competition and bid submissions. Prior to rejoining Haworth Tompkins, George lived for three years in Hamburg, working largely on timber construction kindergartens. George studied at the University of Sheffield and the Royal College of Art and was nominated for the RIBA Bronze Medal and the New London Architecture Student Award. George’s practice is underpinned by freehand drawing, and he is interested in the interplay between illustration and design.
