Irene joined Haworth Tompkins in 2021 and has been actively involved in the studio’s residential, mixed-use and cultural projects. Prior to joining the practice, she worked at Burrell Foley Fischer on a variety of projects, mainly in the public housing and conservation sectors. After gaining her MA Degree as Architect and Structural Engineer at the Universita Politecnica delle Marche in Italy, she qualified as a Civil Engineer in Italy and as an Architect in the UK.
