Roger joined the practice in 1995 and became a Director in 2018. He has been centrally involved in almost all of Haworth Tompkins' performing arts projects. Roger is a mentor for the Stephen Lawrence Charitable Trust and is on the conservation committee for a heathland common. He studied at Bath University and the Architectural Association.
