Emma joined Haworth Tompkins in 2025 after graduating from the University of Cambridge with First Class Honours. During her studies, she developed an interest in adaptive reuse to create housing and civic spaces, and the spatial relationship between the built environment and memory. Before joining the practice, Emma gained experience on several retrofit and heritage projects at Wright & Wright Architects, including work for a museum, library, palace, and concert hall.
