Since re-joining the practice in 2007, Beatie has been involved in a number of theatre, arts and education projects and has led the preparation of Conservation Management Plans for a number of Grade I and II* listed buildings. Beatie became an associate in 2017, Associate Director in 2021 and is a part of the Regenerative Design and Sustainability team. She has also taught an undergraduate studio at the University of Cambridge and has been a guest tutor on the Cambridge MPhil Architecture and Urban design programme. Beatie studied architecture at The Bartlett School of Architecture and the University of Cambridge, where she was awarded the David Wyn Roberts Memorial Prize.
