Hugo Braddick joined the practice in 2017, and since then has led on a number of the studio's residential, industrial and masterplanning projects. Hugo has over 15 years experience delivering large, design-led projects on complex urban sites. Prior to joining Haworth Tompkins, he was a director at MeadowcroftGriffin Architects focusing on education and community projects. Subsequently he was a partner at Frame Property, a property development, design and construction company specialising in residential-led developments in South-East London. Hugo has been an Associate since 2019 and an Associate Director since 2022. He helps to organise Project Procedures and Quality Management at the practice, and coordinates resource for Team 2.
