We are looking for an Operations Manager to oversee project management and technical delivery across all projects. The role will include:
- Developing and maintaining our project management systems
- Developing and maintaining our technical systems
- Preparing project programmes, design programmes, resource projections, fee proposals and fee drawdowns
- Reviewing appointments and warranties
- Advising on procurement
- Providing technical support to project teams
- Overseeing Quality Management Systems
The candidate should be a qualified Architect with at least 10 years professional experience with excellent project management and technical skills.
New Business and Communications Manager
To lead the Business Development and Communications functions of the studio, including identifying new business opportunities, responding to new business enquiries, maintaining and monitoring new business log, management and production of bid documents, assisting technical teams with design competitions, keeping practice and project information up to date, maintaining comms database, website and twitter account, and helping with awards and other submissions. Candidates should have experience in undertaking a similar role in a design environment, have good graphic design, DTP and communication skills, and be enthusiastic and well organised.
