Continuing a relationship with Haworth Tompkins that has included projects at the London Library and the Scotsman's Steps in Edinburgh, artist Martin Creed has collaborated with the practice to realise his Work No. 1347 at Sketch restaurant in Mayfair.

Creed has created an environment that is at once an exhibition, an artwork and a restaurant. Every piece of cutlery, glassware, lamp, chair and table is different (Work No. 1343), bringing together a mix of the mass produced and hand-crafted, from classic antiques to contemporary design from around the world. Four different wall drawings are overlaid by 18 paintings by Creed, including his series Work No. 1100 (2011).

Haworth Tompkins provided technical support for the installation of a new floor, which consists 96 different types of marble from around the world, forming a herringbone pattern across the room.
